PISCATAWAY — The wait for Rutgers' Big Ten entry is over. Now the needle moves to Athletic Director Julie Hermann's plans for donations she says are up 25 to 30 percent from last year.
"It's easy to have grand plans. It's really important that we know can do that," Hermann said Tuesday at High Point Solutions Stadium. "We have a vision. We've set our heart on what we think is the smartest next thing to build. But we also think it's important to do a feasibility study.
When we say, 'This is what we're going to build,' our fans and supports and donors ... will go, 'Yeah, I can see how you're going to get that done.'"
