Former Rutgers quarterback Tom Savage signs with Houston Texans

Former Rutgers quarterback Tom Savage agreed to terms Thursday with the Houston Texans, who drafted him in the fourth round, according to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle.
Savage, a freshman All-American in 2009, finished his two-year Rutgers career with 17 total touchdowns before ultimately ending up at Pittsburgh in 2013.
He was the seventh quarterback taken in the draft.
