After a few days shrouded in mystery, head coach Kyle Flood made the announcement Tuesday everyone awaited: Leonte Carroo (upper-body injury) is listed as probable for Friday's Quick Lane Bowl in Detroit, per several reports.
When asked about Carroo's status last week, Flood deferred to his to-be-announced injury report, which during the season is released twice a week.
Per Rutgers policy, all injury updates and specifics must come through Flood, which veiled Carroo's status for nearly a week.

Carroo, who is contemplating early entry to the NFL draft, finished the season with 1,043 yards and 10 touchdowns (both second in the Big Ten) on 53 receptions.
Carroo is two touchdowns shy of breaking Rutgers' all-time receiving record (20). He missed the final three games last season after suffering a head injury and was closely monitored during the spring and training camp.
By all accounts he returned to form quickly, recording 161 yards and a TD on five grabs in Rutgers' season opener against Washington State.
